Enrollment Forms
Begin the enrollment process by filling out the required forms provided by us; Tuition Acknowledgement, Get To Know Your Child, Parent's Rights and more (Including Child's Medical Needs Form to be filled out by their physician).
Receive your start date or Waitlist (if needed)
If the program is full, we’ll offer to place your child on our waitlist. Then we’ll contact you as soon as a spot becomes available. We can delay the forms if your family is waiting for an open spot.

Tuition at Sunny Grove depends on whether the enrollment is full-time or part-time. Please call us at (209) 250-8018 or message us for details.
The tuition include:
Diapers and wipes
Nutritional snacks and meals
Education programs and materials
Sunny Grove works with multiple programs, so you can choose the appropriate child care for your child. If eligible, the family in need will be assisted financially to pay for the tuition. Please click on following the programs to check the eligibility and learn how to apply:
California Alternative Payment Program (CAPP). The information intends to be a guide for the parents’ convenience. Sunny Grove doesn’t guarantee the eligibility. For details, please refer to the program’s website.
StanWORKs Child Care Program. Services and subsidies are provided for children from birth through twelve (12) years of age. Children unable to care for themselves due to physical or mental disability, or under court supervision, may be served to age twenty one (21). To see the eligibility, please click the program name.
